Description
Aurel of the Four Winds is the story of a man who lives alone. His daily life revolves around Post-it notes, vital reminders that allow him to look after his only companion, his blue geranium, a gift from the lovely Adèle. Then one day the beautiful plant wilts. Aurel opens the window to revive it with cool air, but it’s storming outside and a gust of wind blows away all his Post-its, all his life. Adding to the misery, his geranium vanishes in the wind. Aurel decides to mount a search, venturing into the fantastic world without any signposts.
Through a poetic use of masked games, puppetry, and object theatre, Aurel aux quatre vents reveals what Aurel encounters outside of his comfort zone.
